The Co-operators mobile app provides clients with a convenient and secure way to access their Co-operators General Insurance Company policy details. Through the app, clients can:

• View their auto insurance liability slip (pink slip).
• Access all Auto and Home policy specifics.
• Authenticate using biometrics or Online Services account credentials.
• Initiate claims or payments for personal Home, Auto, Farm, and Business insurance.
• Find contact information easily.

Accessing Auto Insurance Liability Slips:

Clients with active Auto insurance policies can readily view their vehicle's liability slip using the app. It's important to note that Facility Association (FA) clients do not have access to this functionality.

To view your digital auto liability slip:

1. Register for Online Services if not done previously: Online Services Registration.
2. Download the Co-operators mobile app.
3. Sign into Online Services.
4. Access Liability Slips from the app's menu.
5. Select your vehicle and follow the provided instructions to display the liability slip.

Exploring Home and Auto Policy Details:

Clients with active personal Home or Auto policies may explore policy specifics, coverage details, and conduct payment or claim transactions via the app. Internet connectivity is required for this feature.

Managing Claims and Payments:

Clients can efficiently initiate claims or payments for personal Home, Auto, Farm, and Business insurance policies through the app.

Finding Contact Information:

The app conveniently showcases contact details for each policy held. Additionally, clients with HB Group policies can easily locate call center information. Key contact details for Co-operators are also prominently displayed within the app.
